👏👏👏 Lots of festivals coming up for TEACHES OF PEACHES in April: the film will be shown in Kyiv at the INTRO Festival on April 8, more info (in Ukrainian) here. Directors Philipp Fussenegger and Judy Landkammer will participate in an online Q&A after the screening.

The Latin-American Premiere will be in Colombia at the 63th Festival Internacional de Cine de Cartagena de Indias (FICCI) / Cartagena Film Festival in the Midnights Section. The festival takes place April 16-21, 2024, the exact screening dates will be soon announced here.

And last but certainly not least, Peaches will finally return to her home town and have the North American Premiere at HOT DOCS in the newly created 'Pop/Life' section!

🏆 Congrats to the whole team! TEACHES OF PEACHES has won the Teddy Award for Best Documentary, the Queer Film Award at the Berlin International Film Festival.
The Teddy Award is the world's first official LGBTIQ+ film award at an A-festival. Originating from the Panorama section, the queer prize has been awarded since 1987 in the short, documentary and feature film categories to films with a gay, lesbian or transgender background from the entire Berlinale program.

On February 22 the wonderful THE POWER OF UTOPIA will be released in German cinemas via Real Fiction!
On the 70th anniversary of Le Corbusier's planned city Chandigarh, Swiss directors Karin Bucher and Thomas Karrerask ask the inhabitants whether the architect's vision of a vision a modern, humane and just city has become reality.

Join us in celebrating the phenomenal international queer feminist icon, Peaches, now hailed as a pioneer of sex-positive feminism in pop music and a role model breaking free from societal constraints and stereotypes at any age.
Director Philipp Fussenegger and Judy Landkammer (co-director and editor) skillfully intertwine interviews, exclusive archival material, and footage from her latest tour to create an electrifying portrait of the Canadian singer, performer, artist, producer, curator, and rock star.
TEACHES OF PEACHES is a production of avanti media fiction (Cordula Kablitz-Post) in cooperation with ZDF/arte (Kathrin Brinkmann), funded by BKM, Nordmedia, DFFF and Land Vorarlberg. farbfilm verleih will bring TEACHES OF PEACHES to theaters in Germany (date tbd).

THIS STOLEN COUNTRY OF MINE will premiere in Spain at the ANOTHER WAY Film Festival! The ninth edition of the festival will be held on October 18th – 25th 2023 in Madrid. The screening takes place October 22, more details here. Besides indigenous activist Paúl Jarrín Mosquer, the film also features recently murdered Ecuadorian presidential candidate Fernando Villavicencio, who in his work as a journalist exposed deals between China and the Ecuadorian government, that make the country more and more indebted to China.

Happy to announce we've acquired EARLY APEX by Paweł Hejbudzki for our sales line-up fresh from the world premiere at Krakow Film Festival where the doc was awarded a Special Mention and Special Award Best Cinematography in the National Competition. The film portrays Mateusz and Zozia who try to make it in the world of kit karting. The film is not just a story about emotions in sports but, above all, about family relations as both kids have to navigate their relationships with their parents.
Paweł Hejbudzki is a graduate of film directing from the Warsaw Film School and EARLY APEX is his second future length film, produced by Wojciech Karubin (Movie Mates sp. z o. o.).
